Payment and Cancellation Policy: Reservations are not final until you receive written confirmation from Amberian Peaks. Payment in full is due at the time of reservation. Any changes in dates and/or times must be made within 24 hours of placing the reservation. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival, will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. There is no refund for cancellations made within 30 days of arrival. There are no discounts or refunds for any unused portion of the reservation. Peaks/NPX Holiday Dinners are by paid reservations only and assigned seating times will only be held for 15 minutes. We recommend that guests purchase travel insurance. We cannot guarantee weather or road conditions, and are not responsible for acts of God or circumstances beyond our control.
